Anyone who’s followed me for long enough knows I’m a big proponent of meditating for ten to thirty minutes first thing in the morning. Traditionally, I had done this in silence or with the help of an app like Sam Harris’ Waking Up. But recently, thanks to the work of Josh Macin at The Detox Dudes, I’ve begun using a music track (specifically the one below) to help set the tone.
I find it highly effective for getting me into the proper headspace. I’m honestly not sure why it works so well, but give it a try and see if it doesn’t enhance and improve the experience of going internal for you.
