If there’s a single discipline that combines the most mind fitness training exercises into one practice, it’s Qi Gong (pronounced “chee-gong”). Qi Gong roughly translates to “life energy work” and is meditation, breathing, and movement wrapped up together. It’s one of the most effective ways I’ve found to dissipate pent-up energy in my body, and it’s super simple.
