Many people have trouble falling asleep, including me sometimes. Even when I'm physically exhausted, my mind can keep me awake, caught in a cycle of rumination. I find myself dwelling on past or future events, creating unnecessary stress.
If you are prone to doing the same thing, take a moment to become aware of what’s happening and resist the urge to entertain such mental chatter. Then change your internal narrative to stuff like this:
I am healthy.
I am happy.
I am capable.
Replacing the stream of consciousness showing up in your head with these simple mantras (or whatever works for you) can help you drift off and subtly program your subconscious for the next eight hours. We can’t know what shape our dreams will take, but we might as well provide some building material. It might also improve how you feel when you wake up the next day.

Simply perfect way to connect with good feelings. Thanks Chris.
