Most of the training thus far has been done in single modalities. Now, I will occasionally mix and match them. Combining elements throughout the day is efficient and can sometimes even improve their effectiveness.
Try performing five minutes of alternate nostril breathing to help calm your central nervous system, followed immediately by ten minutes of meditation. Use a guided track or app if you like. Experiment to figure out what works for you and what doesn’t. That’s what practice and training are all about.
