To date, the most viewed training video by far on my YouTube channel is the 5.5-minute perfect breathing exercise. However, I’ve had numerous people ask me for an extended version up to one hour long. So here you go. Outside of the length, it’s the same basic track. The idea is to cycle five and a half liters of air with five and a half total breaths per minute by breathing in and out for five and a half seconds each. I cue you for the first few cycles, but after that, just breathe along with the two tones or the visual prompts. Go for as long as you like, up to sixty minutes.
