Article Audio Version

Unfortunately, my podcast guest for the month had to postpone our interview due to illness. In the meantime, I’ve recorded an audio version of my first article, Logan. I’ve meant to do this with all my posts for a while, and luckily, the situation has forced my hand (or voice, in this case).

As much as I encourage people to read as part of mind fitness development, I realize many of us are inundated daily by content that keeps us in front of screens. When it comes to the digitally written word, sometimes listening instead can be a welcome respite. It may even be necessary if you are engaged in an activity like driving. I also hope these audio versions will allow people to reference specific topics repeatedly. You can play one whenever you need to if a particular message.

RARE SENSE
RARE SENSE
The Uncommon Pursuit of Mind Fitness.
RARE SENSE® is hosted by Chris Irwin, a Navy SEAL veteran who faced chronic mental and physical illness for over a decade after his military service. Throughout his journey, he delved into various aspects of mental training, including meditation, breathing exercises, emotional release techniques, and energy work. This pursuit eventually led to the complete alleviation of his symptoms, both mental and physical. He emerged with a profound understanding of what it takes to build a genuinely fit mind. On this podcast, Chris uses the knowledge he gained during that journey to discuss the modern mental health landscape while being completely vulnerable and open about his own experiences and struggles. Mental health isn't something to just treat. It's something to train.
